SALE OF LUXURY PROPERTY IN ZAKYNTHOS

Sale of a luxury house of 180 m², on a plot of 6.500 m² in Zakynthos. The sale brought our clients a benefit of about 700.000,00 €. The sale achieved simultaneous repayment of loan obligations, after months of negotiation. The remainder was used to purchase properties for exploitation.
TOTAL DEBT RESTRUCTURING OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

A limited liability company with debts to Financial Institutions and the State, received a total restructuring of its debts. After a preliminary assessment of the situation at the legal and financial level, it was followed by the use of Judicial and Extrajudicial Methods to achieve the best possible result. The initial amount of debts amounted to EUR 2,5 million. It should be noted that in limited liability companies the partners are also bound by their individual assets.
